Overview

This module addresses basic principles and concepts for the development and use of training systems. The need for training program development on new or existing systems is a frequently encountered Human Factors activity. Indeed, the application of user-centered design processes to human-to-system interface design directly determines the complexity, duration, and cost of training. Interfaces that are easy-to-use are easy-to-train.
